Art & Flower 2025


Celebrate Spring with us at the annual Art & Flower Fair!  Get outside and get downtown with us on May 17-18, 2025. The event offers 100 art and flower vendors, live artist demonstrations, a kid's area with many games, crafts, and cool things to do, and live entertainment all weekend! Art, music, shopping, and outdoor fun make a memorable weekend in downtown Lake Orion.

Dragon on the Lake 2025

The Orion Art Center proudly presents the 16th Annual Dragon on the Lake Festival in downtown Lake Orion.   With Dragon Boat Races on Lake Orion, an Art Fair, a Chalk Art Contest, the Little Dragon Den, the Dragon Pub, a Tiki Tent, live music + more, this end-of-summer celebration can't be missed!

The Legend of the Lake Orion Dragon dates back to sightings in the mid-1800s. What was ultimately discovered to be a childish prank is now a beloved mascot of this beautiful lake community.  Please join us as we celebrate the Dragon!  

 Dragon on the Lake serves as the nonprofit Orion Art Center's largest fundraiser.  The  Orion Art Center works to nurture artistic spirit, with classes, camps, scholarships, exhibits, and special events. There are two things we love: infusing art into the community and connecting people.
