24- Hour Art Challenge
It's Back!
The Orion Art Center 24-Hour Art Challenge is back! This exciting event invites artists to push their creative boundaries by designing and rendering a piece of art in just 24 hours, based on a prompt provided by our Challenge MCs—artists Matt Faulkner and Eugene Clark.
And, yes, there will be prizes again this year! And donuts!

We’re taking a break from our exhibition schedule to present "Heart Lines," a special showcase featuring the incredible work of those dear to our hearts—our friends, members, instructors, and community. This showcase celebrates the talent, creativity, and connections that make Orion Art Center so unique. Join us in honoring the people who make this place special. Please view their work on Thursdays and Saturdays from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Art & Flower 2025
Celebrate Spring with us at the annual Art & Flower Fair! Get outside and get downtown with us on May 17-18, 2025. The event offers 100 art and flower vendors, live artist demonstrations, a kid's area with many games, crafts, and cool things to do, and a beer garden with live entertainment all weekend, Lake Orion style! Art, music, shopping, and outdoor fun make a memorable weekend in downtown Lake Orion.
