Students will hand-build at least four textured stoneware rectangular platters and small trays in the Making Charcuterie Trays class.  These platters and trays make great serving pieces for charcuterie but can be used for virtually anything! Students will learn all the hand-building techniques required to make beautiful ceramic pieces for their home or gift-giving.

The minimum age is 15
