January Yoga Challenge

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until January 31, 2023
You can challenge yourself to make Tuesday night YOUR yoga getaway. Each week will cover yoga philosophy, subtle energy, breathing techniques, and meditation. This lighthearted yoga class will leave you feeling balanced with a sense of calm. All levels are welcome to come and make this your new practice. Bring a mat, water, a light jacket, and blocks.

$70 for the five-week course or $17 per class drop-in fee
