Join this class to see who's in there.  Kids will cover a shoe box and then discover more about themselves through a puzzle they create.  They will be guided through a breath and meditation to help them relax. Then to music they will create a picture, or story board and cut it into a puzzle.  This is a wonderful way to remind them that life can get scattered, but we are always still us. They can keep their puzzle and put it together when they need a reminder of how great they are. Class taught by life coach and energy practitioner Dolly Gott.  Her 12 year old daughter Jessica will be sharing her experience of self expression through drawing. Please bring a shoe box.  Additional supply list will be provided at time of registration.
